Sick of lack of choices for Internet access. I'm glad IgLou is local in Louisville, it's nice to help a local business instead of always having to choose between two giant companies.

Nice techs
My technician was great! He was polite and even put those little booties on in the house. Everyone on the phones are pretty nice as well. I needed some help in getting my email set up afterwards but was able to get it working. So far so good.
