* Standard sized servers are mid-towers measuring 8" wide x 18" high x 22" deep or smaller. Any server with any
single dimension being larger will be billed as oversized. Generator & UPS-backed power for shelf servers is an
optional $20/month per 1-amp outlet and is highly recommended for business servers.
The $50 activation fee for shelf space plans is waived with commitment of 6 months or longer.
Actual obtainable speeds will vary due to IP overhead, Internet congestion, and other factors.

rate tier, we also include the free bandwidth included in your plan. For example, if your colocation plan
includes 200 gigabytes of free transfers and you want to pre-purchase an additional 300 gigabytes, you would
fall into the 500-999 tier. Monthly usage overages are also billed within the same rate tier.
Other providers sometimes use an alternative billing method called 95th
percentile billing. IgLou discourages 95th percentile billing for most customers as it can severely
penalize those whose usage tends to consistently drop off during non-peak hours. Please call us at (800)
436-4456 if you are interested in 95th percentile rates.

| Power Add-On Options |
|
Electrical power is the most critical
part of server colocation. There are complexities in connecting reliable circuits to our racks and cabinets,
maintaining UPS backup units and batteries, balancing loads across three-phase circuits, generator capacity and
maintenance, electrical harmonics filtering, and adequate air-conditioning to offset the heat generated from the
use of all this electricity.
IgLou also offers remote power control on a per-outlet basis via a web-based control panel. Currently only
available on rack colocation plans.
