Standard Support	IgLou will troubleshoot networking related issues at no charge. OS re-installations are $15.
Basic Support $19/month	Telephone and email support includes one (1) hour of free support per month for the following issues. $40 per extra hour. Issues covered include basic UNIX assistance, diagnosing performance issues, install of OS software packages, firewall configuration, and cPanel configuration & support.
Premium Support $39/month	Telephone and email support includes two (2) hours of free support per month for the following issues. $30 per extra hour. Includes all the coverage of Basic support, plus configuration support for DNS, PHP and Apache without cPanel, and email delivery and reception troubleshooting.
