Welcome to the Kentucky Assistive Technology Service (KATS) Network Coordinating Center
The KATS Network, the Kentucky Assistive Technology Act Program, serves Kentucky residents of all ages with disabilities of all types, their families, employers and employment service providers, educators, health care and social service providers, and others seeking information about assistive technology (AT) and accessible information technology.
The KATS Network's four Regional AT Resource Centers provide device demonstrations and short-term loan of assistive technology devices for up to six weeks. These services are intended to assist the consumer in device selection and allow them to make an informed decision before a financial investment is made.
The KATS Network Coordinating Center is a participating member of:

- The Kentucky Education Cabinet provides life-long educational and workforce services through seamless, efficient and accessible learning opportunities for all Kentucky's citizens, from pre-school to senior citizens.

- Connects Kentucky to employment, workforce information, education and training
- Kentucky Office for the Blind
- Offers services to assist their effort to become more independent and productive in the workplace, community, school, and home
- Association of Assistive Technology Act Programs (ATAP)
- A national, member-based organization, comprised of state Assistive Technology Act Programs funded under the Assistive Technology Act (AT Act)

- An interdisciplinary association for the advancement of rehabilitation and assistive technologies.
