If “location, location, location” is the first tenant of real estate, then the second prime directive should be labeled “investors, investing, investment.” While Rosemary and I were reviewing golf courses, dinner theaters, and the PGA Show, we stayed in affordable, convenient and luxurious housing managed by the Coldwell Banker management company, a subsidiary of Orlando Holiday Homes, members of RCI Holiday Network. Staff is on a 24-hour service to insure peace of mind if unexpected events happen.

Options for travel and lodging are changing the mindset of America. We may consider owning a piece of the rock, because investment is a gift that will keep on giving. Sweat equity is fleeting, but investment equity is forever. These properties in the Kissimmee and Davenport area are a great buy.
