Some things to bring:

• Clothing for hot days and cool nights
  (that you can get dirty in)

• Sturdy shoes OR sneakers for hiking

• Personal items: shampoo, soap, sunscreen, toothbrush, etc.

Modesty is a Catholic virtue. Please no revealing shorts, halter tops, spaghetti straps, or bar midriffs; no low-riding pants that show underwear.

• iPods or MP3 Players

• Alcohol, Drugs or Tobacco

• Electronic hand-held games

• Cell phones

• Jewelry or other expensive items

• Bible (we'll have extras)

• Flashlight

• Insect repellent

• Sun glasses

• Permission form for non-presecription medications

• Recreation equipment (Nerf football, desk of cards, etc.)

• Journal/diary
