Registration Details

There is no online registration for Junior High Leadership C.A.M.P. No one will be considered registered until all necessary forms are received.

The Registration Form can be found on the flyer. To download it, click on the link on the left that says, Download Flyer, or on the link below. 

Please fill out the registration form on the flyer, as well as the Archdiocese of Cincinnati Release Form and The Guidelines for Behavior Agreement which are both below.

Cost is $115 per person if registration if received by May 9. After that, cost is $135 (includes all meals, lodging, retreat materials and t-shirt). 

If you have financial need, see the Scholarship Application. These are due April 30, 2008.
