Junior High C.A.M.P
Leadership Training for JH
JH C.A.M.P. (Catholic and Mighty Proud!),
is a weekend of fun, exciting learning experiences for incoming 7th and 8th
graders. JH youth will learn about God and
the Catholic faith through innovative and interactive discovery sessions.
Workshop topics include: what it means to be a young Catholic; Jesus is
the way, the truth and the life; how to talk to others about your faith; and much
more! Your kids will also have opportunities for fun group games and
active learning initiatives.

LAUDATE
Forming Youth for Music Ministry
From the Latin for praise, LAUDATE (lahoo-dah-teh) is a four-day, three-night
music ministry experience that features sessions in
voice, organ, piano, guitar, and other instruments used in liturgy. Teens
will hear inspiring keynote presentation, learn liturgy fundamentals and be
mentored by adult music ministers who
work in parishes. This workshop is designed for young people who love song,
music, and faith and want to bring them together in a fun community
experience during the summer.

Training for Parish or H.S.
Ministry Leadership
Training Christian Leaders, a 4-day, 3-night
leadership training institute, trains teens in ministry skills like: small
group facilitation, witness talks, planning and leading prayer, how to talk
to adults, building community, leading a meeting, how to be an effective
Core Team member, how to delegate. Young people leave with an exciting
vision of youth ministry, equipped with the spirit, tools and skills to
start making that vision a reality. Through daily prayer, community living,
small support groups and sharing, young people learn about the servant
leadership that Jesus taught by example.

Training for Justice and Service
Leadership
Teens Advocating Change through Knowledge, Leader-ship
and Experience is an inspiring week-long urban plunge retreat for high
school teens which explores the root causes of poverty and injustice, helps
youth develop the courage to act with justice, charity and solidarity,
challenges them to live simply, to break down stereotypes, and become
peacemakers. TACKLE is a powerful immersion experience that gets teens
fired up about the gospel message of peace and justice and gives them the
skills to make a difference in the world as strong, justice-focused
Catholic leaders.
