ACCOUTREMENTS

US Oval Belt Plate - Chocolate brown patina. Perfect face and lead. This is the type plate with the arrow hooks all of which are intact. There is a small piece of leather under one of the hooks. Dug in the Richmond, VA area. Very Nice!!

US Oval Belt Plate - Chocolate brown patina. Perfect face and lead. This plate has the Puppy Paw hooks (intact). Has the initials MG stamped in the back. This is an excellent older plate.

US Oval Belt Plate - Chocolate brown patina. Perfect face. The lead has a little flaking but it is still mostly there. This plate has the arrow hooks. All hooks are intact. A very nice plate.

US Cartridge Box Plate - Chocolate brown patina. Perfect face and lead. Still has dirt around the rim. Both loops are attached. Found at Perkins Creek, Buckingham Co., VA

US Cartridge Box Plate - Chocolate brown patina. Perfect face and lead. Both loops are attached. Found at Rocky Face Ridge in Dalton, GA

US Cartridge Box Plate - Greenish Patina. Edges and back are very rough. No loops remain. Found at Camp Nelson in Kentucky.

US Cartridge Box Plate - Brownish patina with splotches of green. Face and lead backing are quite decent. Both loops are missing. Not a bad piece from the Cedar Creek Battlefield area.

US Cartridge Box Plate - Brownish patina. Still dirt covered. Face and lead backing seem to be fine except that the loops are missing. Also from the Cedar Creek Area.

Eagle Breast Plate - slight crack over left wing - no hooks - has a funny brass or yellowish tint(??) - may have been over cleaned. Culpepper, VA

Eagle Breast Plate - Very nice face and lead. Both hooks are missing however. There is still some dirt around the rim. NICE PLATE. From the Richmond, VA area.

Eagle Breast Plate - Very nice face and lead. Both hooks remain but are completely encrusted. Found in the river at Yorktown, VA. This is a very pretty plate.

Eagle Breast Plate - Very smooth face and lead. One hook remains. There is a small rust bump on the face (on left leg of eagle), but it doesn't take away from the plate. There is a slight push on the rim at the arrow points (not really noticeable). Will stand out in any display.

Eagle Breast Plate - Very nice face and lead. Both hooks are missing. Found at the Cedar Creek Battlefield area. This is a very pretty plate.

Eagle Breast Plate - Very nice face The lead on the back has some chipping to it. Both hooks are there but one is rusted and separated. Found at the Cedar Creek Battlefield area. I'm sure you'll like this one.

Infantry Horn - Unissued - MINT condition - This is the Infantry insignia that was worn on the kepi. It is made of brass and has all wires attached.

CS Nondescript Buckle - Plain, with some gilt remaining.

Oak Leaf - These were worn by Majors and Lt. Colonels on their shoulder straps.

US Eagle General Service - B/M "SCOVILLS & CO/WATERBURY". Found at Chancellorsville, VA, About 50 % gilt remains

US Eagle "A" - Cuff size. Non-excavated. 100% gilt. D. EVANS & CO.

Confederate Block "I" - Tin back - blank B/M - CS-182 - bent shank. From the Richmond, VA area.

Confederate Block "I" - B/M E.M.L. & Co. / Richmond. Slight push on one side. No shank.

Michigan State Seal - Dug. B/M "SCOVILLS MFG CO/WATERBURY". Coat size- about 50 % gilt remains. From Camp Nelson in KY

Ball Buttons - All have shanks, very little if any gilt.

Carved/Whittled Bullets - These bullets were carved on by troups sitting around in camp to help pass time. Various shapes and sizes.

Enfield with "L2" in Base - .577 Caliber. These are water bullets - perfect.

Bullet in Wood - Huge chunk of tree - about 10" in diameter. Enfield or round ball ( in other words, really not sure)

Bullet in Wood - Nice long cedar log with a pistol bullet in it.

Burnside in Hull - Cartridges are smashed and/or broken.

Spencer in Hull - This is a reconstructed Spencer bullet in a spent cartridge.

Fired Pistol Bullets - Various shapes and sizes.

Pre-made Bullet Display - Each case contains: 1, .54 cal Sharps Carbine, 1 .58 cal 3-ring minie ball, 1 Colt .44, and 1 .69 cal Musket Ball. Each case is labeled "CIVIL WAR 1861-1865" on the front with the name and description of each bullet on the back.

Chewed/Hospital Bulllets - These are believed to be used in civil war hospitals. The soldiers would bite on these to cope with pain, thus the term "bite the bullet". Northern GA

Spencer Relic Case - Contains 1 non-excavated Spencer Carbine cartridge and 4 Spencer bullets.

Carved Bullets - These bullets were carved by soldiers into (maybe) gamepieces.

Spencer Carbine w/hull - These bullets still have part of the original cartridge attached.

Spencer Carbine - intact. Dug at Fredericksburg, VA

Blunt Nose Maynard Carbine - Perfect condition - not reconstructed. MM#88

Gallagher Carbine - Perfect condition - not reconstructed. Tinned casing. MM#83

Sharps Linen Cartridge - Perfect bullet and excellent linen. MM#60

Burnside Carbine - Non-dug. MM#85

Maynard Carbine - Flat Nose - Excellent condition.

Spencer Carbine - Excavated. Complete.

.58 with Paper Cartridge - This was excavated at Richmond, VA. The paper is complete and in fairly good condition. These are getting hard to find.


ARTILLERY PROJECTILES & SUPPLIES

12 lb Bormann - All numbers on fuse are legible. The body is basically glass smooth with several dime-sized flakes. Not coated as of yet, but I think that I will coat it very soon to stop the flaking. Recovered from the James River.

CSA 6 lb Solid Shot - medium pitting - mold seam is visible - Fredericksburg, VA

Cannon Friction Primers - Dug in New Mexico

"Hubbell" Patented Naval Time Fuse - Dated 1864 - This is a very nice fuse.

10 lb Parrot Shell Fragment - 60% complete - bottom only, the top is missing - Perryville, KY

Shell Fragments - Large frags with fuse holes. Petersburg, VA

Shell Fragments - Thick & Large - Large frags - over an inch thick. Petersburg, VA

Parrott Shell Fragments - Over 7" long. Nice frags. From the City Point explosion.

Confederate Reid Paper Time Fuse - Very Good Condition with some of the paper fuse still in it. Dirt covered.

Bormann Fuse - In a lot better than average shape but the numbers are not quite legible.

24 lb Solid Shot - Light to moderate pitting. Very nice ball from Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Hotchkiss - Dug nose section of a 3" Hotchkiss. It has a Brass time fuse and three flame grooves down the side. Light to moderate pitting. Nashville, Tennessee.

12 lb Bormann - This is an unfused drop. The underplug is in place but no Bormann time fuse. You can see that it's hollow inside. Light to moderate pitting. Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Parrott Shell Fragment - These are the very bottom of the 10 lb Parrott shells. Petersburg, VA.

12 lb Bormann - This ball has a raised fuse with a very smooth body. The numbers on the fuse are not quite, but almost legible. It has been punched but it didn't go off, for whatever reason. Found at Vicksburg, Mississippi.

6 lb Solid Shot - This is a Confederate ball with a noticeable casting flaw in the seam on one side. Extremely nice!! This is the same great quality as the shell above - only this ball is smaller and is a solid shot - also from Vicksburg, Mississippi.

8 inch Mortar with Prong Holes - This piece was obviously used as a door stop for many years. It has some of someone's door paint on one side of it (they probably couldn't move it to paint around it - it weighs about 47 lbs). The surface is about 95% flawless. Most of the fuse adapter remains. This is a nice EARLY find from Charleston, South Carolina.

20 lb Parrott - Type I with the iron sabot. This has the zinc paper time fuse holder. Light to moderate pitting. Cleaned and lightly coated. Excavated at Vicksburg, Mississippi.

3" Hotchkiss - Case shot with 3 flame grooves. Nose and base only. The lead forcing band is missing. Has a brass paper time fuse holder. Coated. Dug at Port Hudson, Louisiana.

3" Hotchkiss - Complete - Case shot with 3 flame grooves (same as above). Nose, base and forcing band are intact. Has a brass paper time fuse holder. Very lightly coated. This is an extremely nice shell. Dug at Murfreesboro, Tennessee

3" Hotchkiss - Nose only. Needs to be cleaned and coated. Should clean up rather well. From Northern Georgia.

10 Pound Parrott Shell - This has the iron sabot with the paper time fuse adapter. Has been cleaned and coated (not a very good job). From Northern Georgia.

12 pound Bormann - This shell has a prune-like surface. It was found in the Kentucky River at Frankfort KY. Has a raised fuse with some numbers legible. Interesting shell.

Hotchkiss Nose Fragment - This is the very tip of a Hotchkiss shell still containing the fuse adapter.

6 Pound Solid Shot - Medium pitting. Found at Shiloh, TN

6 Pound Solid Shot - Medium pitting. - From battle of Irish Bend, LA - near Franklin, LA.

Shell Fragments - Small normal size frags. Vaious shapes & sizes. Some show fuse threads.

12 Pound Bormann - Medium pitting. The number "1" on the fuse is visible. Fuse has power train burn between numbers 3 & 5. Found at Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Schenkl Shell - Light pitting. Brass Percussion fuse with all writing visible "J.P. SCHENKL/ PAT OCT 16, 1861". Found 50 Yards from the "Bloody Lane" at Antietem in 1958. I haven't tried very hard, but the fuse might unscrew.

10 pound Parrott Shell - Light pitting with percussion fuse. Has been disarmed and coated. Most exclellent example. From North of Atlanta.

Grapeshot - Approximately 2 inches in diameter. These were for the 12 pound cannon.

Bormann Fuse Underplug - Typical shape - from Virginia.

Shell Fragments - Small normal size frags. Various shapes & sizes. Some show fuse threads.

6 Pound Bormann - This ball was recovered in KY years ago (the guy couldn't remember the name of the place). The fuse will come out as the threads are smooth. It has been punched at about 4 1/2 seconds. The underplug is still entact (frozen solid). Overall body condition is fairly smooth.

12 Pound Confederate Wood Fuse Ball - The body on this one is in almost fine condition with very few larger pits. The fuse is missing, but it has a very distinctive mold seam. This is a very nice specimen.

24 Pound Solid Shot - Very nice body with medium pitting, Nice overall appearance for such a heavy ball.

Blown Bormann Fuse - This one has the backwards S in the US. Looks like it was punched at about 4 1/2 seconds.


FIREARMS

Smith & Wesson - Model 1 1/2 - .32 caliber long rimfire. 5 shot. Nose hinge is a little loose from usage. Overall, a real nice piece.

Excavated .22 Caliber Pistol - Still has the bullets in the chamber.


MISCELLANEOUS RELICS

Heel Plate - Looks like a small horseshoe. Worn by soldiers to prevent wear on the heels of their boots. Found at Perryville, KY.

Musket Lock Plate - Found in the wilderness.

Musket Hammer - Found at Perryville, KY

US Lock Keyhole Cover - Found in the wilderness.

US Bridle Rosette

Pipe Bowl Cover- Found at Perryville, KY.

Scabbard Tip with Finial - Found at Chancellorsville, VA

Relic Case - Contains 9 bullets: 1 CS Gardner, 3 Williams Cleaners (Types I, II & III), 1 Enfield, 2 Sharps Carbine, 1 Minie Ball, and 1 Musket Ball. Also has US Infantry "I" Button, CSA Coin Button, Picket Knife, Suspender Clasp, 4 pieces of Knapsack hardware, and a shell fragment. All of these relics were dug in Northern Virginia.

Prussian Musket Parts - 3 pieces: Hammer, Butt Plate and Retainer. Found at Camp Nelson, KY

Pot Hook - Appears to be made from a portion of a sword blade? From the Lexington, KY area.

Shoulder Scale - This was the only one found. It is about 90% complete. Found at Camp Nelson in KY.

Puppy Paw Belt Buckle Hooks - These have been removed from a belt plate. Hooks only. From Camp Nelson in KY.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 triangle knapsack hook, 1 poncho eyelet, 1 .58 caliber 3-ring minie ball (dropped), 1 fired cannon friction primer, 1 rivet, 1 .69 caliber musket ball, 1 kepi buckle, 1 CS coin button (no shank), 1 small saddle rosette, and 1 cartridge box finial.. The bullets are from Chattanooga, TN - all other relics are from Chancellorsville, VA.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 scabbard tip (w/finial), 1 kepi buckle, 1 scabbard tip finial, 1 Springfield gun combination gun tool, 1 spent burnside cartridge casing, 1 spent 12mm cartridge caseing, 1 US button back, and 1 knapsack "J" hook. From Chancellorsville, VA.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 hardware buckle, 1 knapsack "J" hook, 2 spent metal cartridges (different sizes), 1 knapsack rivet, 2 fired bullets, 1 dropped bullet, 1 US button back B/M Goddard & Bros/Extra, 2 pronged fork (the business end - no handle), and part of a pocket watch key. From Chancellorsville, VA.

Large Relic Case - Contains : 1 chain made from 4 knapsack "J" hooks, 1 knapsack rivet, 1 knapsack triangle hook, 3 US General Service buttons ( 2 coat and 1 cuff), 1 Confederate Coin button, 1 Confederate Enfield bullet (dropped), 1 .54 caliber 3-ring bullet (dropped), 1 .69 caliber musket ball (dropped), 1 Williams Cleaner - type I bullet, 1 "mushroomed" fired bullet, a 6" section of a sword blade, the remains of a large pocket knife, 1 poncho and 1 tent eyelet, 3 clay pipe stem pieces, 1 kepi adjuster buckle, 1 scabbard tip finial, 2 hardware buckles, and 1 spent Burnside metal cartridge. These come from various battllefield areas in Kentucky and Virginia.

16 Bullet Relic Case - Contains : 1 each of the following bullets: Confederate Gardner, Confederate Enfield, .58 Caliber Minie, .54 Caliber Minie, .69 Caliber Musket Ball, .54 Caliber Musket Ball, Sharps Carbine (solid base), Sharps Carbine (with cavity base), .69 Caliber Minie, Williams Cleaner Type I, Williams Cleaner Type II, and Williams Cleaner Type III. There is a fired bullet on each of the 4 corners. These all come from various Virginia locations.

Blanket Roll Buckle - This the kind with the heart on it. There are several dings around it, but it's still a hard piece to find. From Mill Springs, KY.

Confederate Rosette - This is made of tin and still has the loop on it, but it is bent over. Has been cleaned and coated. A nice one to have.

Confederate Rosette - This has a beautiful flower design, with a lead filled back. The hook is missing off of the back. There is a slight bend on one edge, but it's hardly noticable. I've seen these before but never had one that looked this nice.

US Artillery Rosette - This one is lead filled and still dirt covered. The loop on the back is missing. It is still dirt covered and should clean up nicely. I believe you will see a nice brown patina

US Bridle Rosette - This one is made of cast brass. The background has the stripes in it. It's is a very nice piece.

Non-Excavated Heart Rosette - This one has the complete loop on the back.

Relic Case - Contains : 2 decorative buckles, 1 partial decorative buckle, 3 pipe stem pieces, 2 button backs, 1 fired percussion cap, 3 fired bullets, 1 canteen filter, 1 scabbard tip (smashed), 1 piece of a pocket knife and 1 triangular knapsack ring.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 shell fragment, 1 buckle, 1 knapsack hook, 4 fired bullets, 1 knapsack "J" hook, 1 spoon piece (the business end).

Relic Case - Contains : 1 lantern piece, 1 rivet w/leather in it, 1 watch key, 1 piece of a heel plate, 1 piece of a folding ruler joint, 2 hardware buckles and 4 button backs.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 eating knife piece (the business end), 1 confederate coin button (no shank), 3 pipe stem pieces, 3 button backs, 1 knapsack latch, 1 Burnside cartridge, 1 scabbard tip (smashed) and 1 2-prong fork piece (also the business end).

Relic Case - Contains : 1 shell fragment, 1 suspender buckle, 1 knife part, 1 musket worm for extracting bullets from a musket, 1 US Eagle "I" cuff button (cracked), 3 fired bullets, and 1 large hardware buckle.

Relic Case - Contains : 6 bullets: 1Confederate Gardner, 1 .69 caliber musket ball, 1 3-ring minie, 2 Sharps Carbine and 1 Enfield, 1 piece of harmonica, 1 combination gun tool, 1 pocket knife and 1 piece of pipe stem.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 sword scabbard tip with some leather inside of it, 1 kepi buckle, 3 bullets (2 dropped and 1 pulled), 1 heel plate, 1 knapsack "J" hook, 1 triangle knapsack ring, and the remainder of 1 fork.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 knapsack "J" hook, 1 US Eagle button (bent), 1 knapsack rivet, 1 pocket knife, 2 fired 3-ring bullets, top portion of a US Eagle Breastplate. and 1 piece of harmonica.

Relic Case - Contains :2 pieces of pipe stems, 1 US Eagle button (dented), 1 fired cannon friction primer, 1 knapsack "J" hook, center portion of a US Belt or Box plate, 1 piece of harmonica, and 1 pocket knife.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 hardware buckle, 1 kepi buckle, a knapsack clamp, 3 dropped 3-ring bullets, 1 knapsack hook, 1 combination gun tool, and 1 double sided piece of harmonica.

Relic Case - Contains :1 pocket knife, 3 different size hardware buckles, 1 sword scabbard tip (bent), 1 piece of a large harmonica, 1 piece of spur, 1 button back, 1 musket tompion, 1 broken musket lockplate, 1 fired cannon friction primer and 1 knapsack rivet with some leather still on it.

Civil War Medicine Bottle - Has this raised letter inscription: "UNITED STATES MEDICINE COMPANY NEW YORK". Found at a campsite in Cynthiana KY.

Merchant Marine Field Glasses - Mechanically sound with good optics. Marked "Day & Night". Both barrel shades slide easily. Decent pair of glasses. They belonged to Jos. A. Kingsley, 3rd Mass. Cavalry.

Confederate Scabbard Tip - This kind did not have the finial on the end.

Relic Case - Contains: 1 Confederate "Flower" button (bent shank), 1 Confederate "Coin" button with shank, Rosette with some of the lead backing and 1 hook, 1 Confederate Enfield bullet and 1 Confederate Gardner Insert bullet.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 hardware buckle, 1 knapsack "J" hook, 1 shell fragment, 1 harmonica board, 1 flattened and carved bullet, 1 Enfield bullet, 1 Confederate "Coin" button "shank is bent" 1 button back, and 1 button front (back is gone).

Relic Case - Contains : 1 US Eagle Breast Plate (a little bent with some rim damage - lead backing is in bad shape but both hooks are there), 1 harmonica top with writing and eagle emblem, and 1 harmonica board.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 Confederate "Flower"button, 1 carved bullet, 1 Confederate "Coin" button (shank is bent), 1 suspender clasp dated 1855, 1 fired cannon friction primer, 1 "O" ring, 1 scabbard tip finial, 1 shell fragment, 1 dropped .69 caliber musket ball, 1 fired .69 caliber musket ball, 1 dropped .58 cliber minie, 1 dropped Williams Cleaner bullet, and 1 dropped Sharps Carbine bullet.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 Williams Cleaner - Type 1, 1 Williams Cleaner Type 11, 1 Williams Cleaner Type III, 2 Sharps Carbine, 1 Fired Minies, 1 Fired Musket Ball, 2 dropped Minies, 1 Dropped Confederate Gardner, 1 Dropped Enfield, and 1 dropped .69 caliber Musket Ball.

Cast Brass Company Letter "E" - This is the 1 1/4" size. All hooks remain.

Brass Confederate Knapsack Hook - Greenish Patina.

Bugle Mouth Piece - Greenish-Brown Patina.

Ordinance Flaming Bomb Insignia - Stamped Brass. Only the top flame portion. The bottom bomb is missing.

Shell Rosette - Most of the lead backing is gone as is the hook.

Pipe Bowls - These are clay. Mostly plain. Some have slight designs.

Medical Relic Case - Contains a small medicine bottle and 2 "pain" or chewed on bullets.

British Keyhole Cover - Has the British Crown emblem on it. The writing below the crown is not entirely visible.

Relic Case - Contains: 1 brass toe plate, 1 horseshoe shaped heel plate, 2 pieces of artillery hat insignia (crossed cannon), 1 piece of infantry hat insignia (horn), and 1 Confederate "Flower" button.

Relic Case - Contains: 2 pieces of Infantry horn hat insignia, 1 piece of artillery hat insignia (crossed cannon), and 1 piece of harmonica board.

Relic Case - Contains: 6 pieces of hat insignia, and 1 #3 saddle shield.

Relic Case - Contains: 1 US Eagle uniform button, 1 Confederate "Flower" button, 1 small bullseye saddle rosette, 1 large piece of Infantry Horn hat insignia, 1 bayonet scabbard tip with finial, 1 dropped minie ball, 1 fired minie ball, and 1 piece of shell fragment.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 suspender clasp, 1 cartridge box finial, 1 fired cannon friction primer, 1 combination gun tool, 1 knapsack hook, 1 Confederate "coin" button, 1 New York Excelsior button (front only - back is missing), 1 US general service button (has a push on the face and the shank is bent) and 1 piece of harmonica board.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 knapsack triangle ring 1 fired .69 caliber musket ball, 1 CS Enfield, 1 piece of harmonica board, 1 Confederate 2 hole button, and 1 US "I" Infantry button with a hard push on the face some gold gilt still showing.

Tent Guy Rope Holder - These are made of brass.

Harmonica Boards - Various sizes of dug harmonica sound boards.

Spur - This was a barn find. Period piece. Complete with leather straps and rowel.

Clay Inkwell - This is in extra fine condition. Excavated in Mississippi.

Knife and Fork - These are non-excavated. Both have wooden handles. For the set

Food Bottle - This is an aqua colored bottle. It has the large mouth. These were used as food containers (possibly pickles?). Some of the coating has worn off. Meaures about 8 1/4 inches in height. Excavated out of Eastport, Mississippi.

Whiskey Bottle - This is the black shiney whiskey bottle measuring about 10 inches in height.

Wine or Champaign Bottle - Dark green color. Has a very large bottom cavity. Excavated from a southern camp.

Confederate Plain Shield - This has the slot at the top. Made of stamped brass. Excellent condition.

Confederate Plain Shield - This one does not have the slot at the top. Also made of of stamped brass. Excellent condition.

#1 US Saddle Shield - Stamped brass. Excavated from Col. Grierson's 7th Illinois Cavalry Camp at LaGrange, Tennessee in 1991.

#2 US Saddle Shield - Stamped brass. This has the big number 2 on it. Excavated in 1992 in Northern Georgia. Has a few bends in it, but is in overall nice condition.

#2 US Saddle Shield - Stamped brass. This has the small number 2 on it. Excavated in 1991 at Shiloh, Tennessee. Very nice condition

#3 US Saddle Shield - Stamped brass. This has the large number 3 on it. Excavated at Kennesaw Mountain, Georgia. Very nice condition

"11 INCH SEAT" US Saddle Shield - Stamped brass. Lettering is very distinct on this one. Most excellent condition.

"12 INCH SEAT" US Saddle Shield - Stamped brass. Still has some dirt on it. Lettering is clear. Excavated from Col. Grierson's Cavalry Camp at LaGrange, Tennessee.

"12 INCH SEAT" US Saddle Shield - Stamped brass. Excavated in 1993, this piece looks perfect. Lettering is high and extremely clear. Very Nice.

Relic Case - Contains : 1 blown out Bormann fuse, 1 shrapnel piece, 1 7 1/2 inch piece of a bayonet tip, 1 US scabbard tip with finial, 1 CS "Coin" button with shank, and 1 piece of powder flask.

Combination Gun Tool - Tumbler punch.

Virginia Relic Case - Contains : 2 shell fragments, 2 cleaner bullets, 2 3-ring minie balls, 1 knapsack ring, 1 eagle breast plate (no hooks), 3 fired bullets, 2 pulled bullets, and 1 pocket knife.

Virginia Relic Case - Contains : 2 excavated spoon pieces, 1 tool part?, 1 knapsack ring, 1 rivet with leather, 2 fired bullets, 1 leather strap end protector, 1 piece of powder flask spout, 1 plain keyhole cover, 1 hardware buckle, and 1 shoulder scale swivel connector.

Georgia Relic Case - Contains : 2 blown percussion fuse pieces, 1 US Eagle button with shank, 1 CS Coin button with shank, a one large piece of powder flask.

Georgia Relic Case - Contains : 1 US Eagle button (no shank), 1 pipe bowl, 1 CS Coin button (with shank), and 1 excavated pocket knife.

Virginia Relic Case - Contains : 1 saddle rosette, 1 unidentified bullet in cartridge, 1 decorative clasp, 2 small decorative buttons, 2 knapsack hooks, and 1 brass belt end hook as used on many US saber belts.

Virginia Relic Case - Contains : 3 hardware rings, 1 piece of powder flask spout, 2 rivets with leather, 1 hardware hook, 1 hardware buckle, 1 leather strap end protector, 1 fired or carved 2 ring prussian bullet, 1 US Eagle button (with bent shank) and 1 piece of harmonica board.

Virginia Relic Case - Contains : 1 piece of large spoon, 1 eating utensil handle, 1 long eating utensil handle with the enscription on rear "1847 Rogers Bros.". It is also monagramed with a script G.

Medicine Bottle - This is an amber colored bottle medicine bottle. It has the raised letters enscription of "DR J. HOSTETTER'S STOMACH BITTERS". It stands about 9" tall with sides of 2".

Powder Flask - This is a small one, measuring about 3" in height. It has been squashed, but both sides are still attached. Good detail on whats there.

Wedding Band - Made of brass. The guy that wore this sure had a small finger. Excellent condition.

Relic Case - Contains 1 post war sword belt plate (loops have been repaired on back), 1 .69 caliber musket ball, 1 .58 caliber minie ball, and 1 Confederate flower button w/shank.

Cuff Link - Very nice condition.

Police Button Relic Case - Contains 1 Police button, 1 rubber button, 1 porcelain button, and 4 fired pistol bullets.

Sewing Kit Relic Case - Contains 3 US Eagle buttons, 3 procelyn buttons and a thimble.

Watch Key - These were used to wind pocket watches.

Rosette Relic Case - Contains 1 brass toe plate, 1 plastic button, 1 kepi adjuster buckle, 1 hardware buckle, 1 Rosette (loop is missing), and 1 nail.

Relic Case - Contains 1 piece of iron heel plate, 1 US Eagle "I" button (very nice face, but no back), 1 hardware buckle, 1 decorative sword belt buckle, 1 CS Coin button with shank, and 1 combination gun tool.

Folding Straight Razor - This is still very sharp. Marking on the blade says "Manufactured by/Frederick Reynolds/Sheffield" with the inspector's initials of "F.R.". The cover has "NEW YORK" on the front and "INDEPENDENCE" on the back. Very nice condition.

Medical Relic Case - Contains 1 4" medicine bottle and 1 chewed on Enfield pain bullet.

Infantry Hat Horn Relic Case - Contains 1 partially flattened Infantry hat horn insignia and 4 3-ring minie balls.

Poker Chips - These are made from flattened bullets.

Medical Relic Case - Contains 1 3" high medicine bottle and 2 chewed on Musket Ball pain bullet.

Pair of Bone Dice - This is a small pair of bone dice.

Small Bone Dice - These are the small bone dice.

Large Bone Dice - These are the large sized bone dice.

Pocket Knives - These are all excavated. Medium size.

Breast Plate Relic Case - Contains 1 Eagle Breast Plate (no lead on back - skin only) and 4 Enfield bullets.

Heel Plate - This is an iron heel plate with no holes. Excellent condition.

Boot Plate - This is an iron heel plate with no holes that was used on boot heels.. Excellent condition.

Watch Key Relic Case - Contains 4 watch keys, 1 pocket watch casing, 1 suspender clasp, and one larger size buckle of some type.

Artillery Relic Case - Contains 1 Schenkle Shell Fuse cap with the writing "J. P. SCHENKL/PAT. OCT 16 1861", 1 crossed cannons artillery hat pin (smashed and repaired), and 1 fired cannon friction primer.

ID Tag? - Made from a flattened bullet.

Miscellaneous Relic Case - Contains a Non-excavated Rosette (with loop), a couple of bullets, a couple pieces of bullets, a couple pieces of a fuse, some hardware buckles, buttons, toe plate pieces, pocket knife pieces etc...

Paper Cartridge Relic Case - Contains an excavated .58 cal 3-ring bullet with the paper cartridge still attached, 3 rivets, 1 flower button, 1 US button back, 1 Spencer Carbine cartridge, and 1 .58 caliber 3-ring minie ball.

Spur Relic Case - Contains a piece of a Confederate spur, a piece of a US spur, a saddle rosette with lead backing and 2 poncho/tent eyelets.

Buckle Relic Case - Contains a "U" from a US belt/box plate, 2 pieces of Infantry Hat Horn, a US Eagle "I" Infantry cuff button, a US Eagle coat button, a "coin" button, 2 fired bullets and 1 fired or carved bullet.

Buckle Relic Case - Contains a "U" from a US belt/box plate, 2 bullet cartridges, 3 suspender clips, 2 miscellaneous buckles, 1 tent/poncho eyelet, 2 hangers and 1 fired bullet.

Miscellaneous Relic Case - Contains 2 change purse latches, 4 4-hole buttons, part of a rifle sight, a toe plate, a bayonet tip, 1 bullet, 1 piece of pipe stem, 1 nail, 1 suspender clip, 1 rivet, 1 piece of pocket knife, 2 "coin" buttons, and 1 decorative hair clip.

Hardtack Relic Case - Contains several pieces of chared hardtack, part of a spoon, and 1 US Eagle "I" button.

Breast Plate Relic Case - Contains an almost complete breast plate skin, 1 large pocket knife, and 2 fired bullets.

Watch Chain Relic Case - Contains a watch chain, a pocket watch holder and some kind of ornamental broach? or cover?

Caltrop or Crow's Foot - These were used by defense positions to throw in front of them to foul the hoof of any Cavalry horse that might step on them. This is a Georgia find.

1845 Large Cent - There is a "4" stamped on the face. Date is very legible. Very good reverse side.

Benjamin Franklin Commemorative Coin - This one is in extremely nice condition
